Our appraiser has appraised over 15,000 timeshare ownerships, is licensed, bonded, insured and certified with the Internal Revenue Service since 2008.
Clients will receive a resort specific appraisal comparable to any regular home appraisal. The timeshare owner’s property information is checked and verified by title report, internet research and/or other 3rd party data sources known to be accurate and current.

Trueshares guarantee to provide an accurate appraisal within 12 business days. The fee is non-refundable and we make no guarantee regarding the appraised value, amount or range of the timeshare. If an error is discovered that Trueshares or our appraiser has made then a new appraisal will be performed for no additional cost. If an error is made by the client, which results in an inaccurate appraisal then a new appraisal can be provided at 50% of the original cost.
