Libby and I love Tahoe. We have 3 weeks at the Hyatt High Sierra Lodge (13, 35 and 36) and we're selling this one (wk 13) only because it turns out we're not ‘ski people'. That said, trading weeks is so easy within the Hyatt Club or for Hyatt Hotel points, and week 13 was also good as we were able to ski in the morning-- what little we did--and bask in early Spring sunshine in the afternoon. The HVC is also well run, owners are well-represented on the High Sierra Board, and fees are very reasonable! Anyway, time for others to make better use of unit 621 for winter frolics. We'll stick with two weeks of wonderful Tahoe in September. We're not in a desperate hurry, but we will consider any sensible offer. We're also happy to enlighten prospective buyers as required
